At Twin Summit Designs, we take pride in the quality of our work and stand behind everything we create. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital files are final. This includes, but is not limited to, digital build plans, templates, and downloadable artwork.

We do not offer refunds on any digital purchases. Please ensure you read the product description carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue accessing your file, please contact us — we're happy to help resolve file access issues.

Physical Products

If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos of:

  • The damaged product

  • The packaging it arrived in

This helps us assess the situation and lodge any necessary claims with the shipping provider.

Refunds or replacements for damaged goods are offered at the discretion of Twin Summit Designs.

Returns

  • If a return is approved, return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.

  • All returned items must be sent back in unused, original condition.

  • Refunds will only be processed once we’ve received and inspected the returned item.
